The interior architect Jean-Pierre Tortil has done an incredible job of renovating the three floors that make up the building. The different environments, gourmet restaurant, bistro, tea room, terraces and meeting room always offer warm atmospheres, in a high-end modern style. The layout of each interior and exterior space is designed to match the spirit of the place.

Through the lounge areas of the Gabriel's bar, you can (re)discover the Folie's armchair, prefer a Scala armchair with its armrests, or a Nation bench, decorated with an Elo pedestal table. You will also find them at the bar, where the coffee table tops are surrounded by a golden border.

In the bistro area, the dining room furniture is composed of an assortment of Opera restaurant chairs and Scala armchairs with comfortable seats. The solid wood legs have been customized with a gilding that underlines the elegance of this quality furniture, associated with a decor of solid wood bookcases.

To continue the visit, the tea room offers an open space to the outside, with elegant terrace furniture and a breathtaking view. For the interior furnishings, the architect chose Prescot and Opera chairs for a lounge and design effect.

Depending on the space, the design furniture coverings have been chosen in different shades and colors, taupe, brown or mustard yellow, but always warm. Often, moreover, the covering was selected in velvet to evoke comfort. The decorators have left nothing to chance, from the floors to the lighting. In fact, we have evoked them throughout the spaces, the discreet touches of gold offer a sort of red thread that corresponds perfectly to the image of quality and comfort of Gabriel. From the choice of furniture to the decoration, the architects have succeeded in creating rooms that are as cosy as they are ergonomic.
