Senses Room at the Maison & Objet exhibition
Aug 31, 2015The Maison & Objet 2015 trade show opens its doors between 4 and 8 September in Paris. We’re offering you a preview of a project which is sure to pique your interest: the Senses Room designed for urban and design studios. Senses Room creates a multi-sensory experience space in order to promote autonomy and improve quality of life for people with disabilities.
Consisting of a room with en suite bathroom, it is constructed with the best materials for unique elegance and style. Curved lines and soft colours combine with optimal use of space and integrated accessibility aids.
It was designed by interior architect Pierre Henri Bouchacourt (Studio PH2B) and the project’s founder Francis Van de Walle. Our hand in this was to come up with and manufacture a bench upholstered in Dedar fabric, a table and a pouf found at the entry to the Senses Room.
